The FOOD you EAT can be either the safest and most powerful form of MEDICINE or the slowest form of POISON.

I believe in a food-as-(delicious!)-medicine approach.

A personalized approach

I understand how hard it can seem to change your food choices and habits. And when you’re struggling with gut issues, hormone imbalances, and ALL the stress, it can feel overwhelming! But I promise that even small changes can have a big impact. Whether you’ve received a challenging diagnosis or you simply want to change the way you think about food, I’m here to help.

A few things I want you to know:

  1. It’s not inevitable to feel achy, foggy, or lethargic on a daily basis/at a certain age/at that time of the month.

  2. You can use nutrition therapy as a complement to an existing medical treatment plan. It’s not either/or.

  3. That said, eating the right foods may result in decreased reliance on pharmaceuticals.

  4. Remember that there is no one “right” diet for everyone. Our bodies, our genetics, our environments, and our personal histories give us different nutritional needs.

  5. Changing your relationship to food and your body can be challenging, but I’ll be with you to provide support, strategies, and perspective.

look, i get it.

  • You’ve tried to do everything “right” with your nutrition, but you’re still not getting the results you want.

  • You’ve done the internet searches, read the books and articles, but you’re overwhelmed by all the (conflicting) information you hear and need some help figuring out what will actually work for you.

  • You feel like you’ve slipped through the cracks of the health care system; that no one is really hearing or seeing you.

  • You want a practitioner who listens deeply, does the research and critical thinking about your case, and can put together all the pieces of your unique puzzle.

  • You’re tired of guessing and are willing to invest in getting the data, information, and partnership you need for powerful change.

  • You want to develop a working relationship with a practitioner who will walk with you as an advocate on your health journey.

If you’re ready to commit to deep transformation, I’m ready to guide you every step of the way.

 How nutritional coaching works

I love helping clients all over the world change their lives with a mindful approach to food and nutrients.

PHONE Consult

Are we a good fit? We’ll have a 30-minute call so I can learn about your goals. At the end of our no-obligation chat, you’ll know if my functional nutrition coaching is right for you.

New Client
Assessment

Before our first telehealth visit, you’ll complete a comprehensive health history for my review. At our session, we’ll do a deep dive into your personal health story (expect lots of questions!). We’ll also discuss current dietary and lifestyle habits, as well as your specific goals.

Your Plan

You’ll get a personalized plan which may include dietary, supplement, and lifestyle suggestions, as well as any recommended functional lab tests that will help get to the root cause of your symptoms.

Wellness
Check-Ins

We typically meet twice a month to review any lab results, tweak and tailor your plan, evaluate symptom resolution, provide support and resources, and continuously assess our work together.

Additional
Services

I help clients develop new habits in many ways. I might do a pantry makeover, a farmer’s market or grocery store tour, or work up a customized meal structure — it all depends on your needs! I also have several group offerings in the works, so check back often.

I thought I was just going to be tired for the rest of my life. I had no idea there was a solution, and that the solution would be so easy. Thank you, Stephanie!
